Indecisiveness is one of my strengths

I've decided to say "screw it" and connect my real self to this thing again. That last entry about music has brought back my petulance. If people don't like it, screw 'em. I am using my don't mess with me picture too, although in its thumnail size it makes me look stoned or at least cross-eyed. Hah.

I noticed that you've crossed everything off your "I need" list. It's nice to reach the point of not needing things.

Fuck.

I really liked the classical music confession. I was actually thinking about classical music (today? or was it yesterday?) and considering getting into it more. But then I wondered if I really wanted to get into it to get into it, or if I wanted to get into it because I wanted to become a quasi-classical music snob. Maybe I was just needing to add something to my (false) list of reasons that I am better than someone else. On the other hand, I really do like the music--maybe I really wanted to explore and expand my knowledge and tastes. It is important to have ongoing back-pocket snobbery though. In those instances when one finds oneself getting one-upped at a party, say, and when one realizes that one will not win a particular skirmish, then redirecting the conversation toward classical music could be a nice way to outwit one's opponent. Because that's how the social universe works, right? We meet new friends (opponents) and compete to see who knows the most, who has been to the best exotic places, who is most current with the latest in film, music, news, etc. Shit, why am I wasting my time writing this tripe--I'm going to go read the Village Voice!

Hell, I just listen to it(KMFA) because it's too depressing to listen to the news on the other station (KUT).

Two things I need: 1) Environmentally sound vehicle with sporty looks but able to go camping at the drop of a tent pole; 2)Google to allow the strike tag back into their profile box. Do nothing evil, eh, Google? That's pretty damn evil.
